Position Overview:

Our Customer is looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across CIS, Africa, China, and Southeast Asia. The role involves expanding markets, optimizing sales processes, and leading the sales team. The key objective is to double the client base and significantly boost revenue within the next year.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing international sales across multiple regions.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent process management skills.
  • Experience in CIS, Africa, China, and Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Fluency in Russian and English; additional languages relevant to the markets (e.g., Chinese, Spanish) are a plus.
  • The candidate must reside in Prague. Visa support will be provided in exceptional cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth and customer acquisition in the CIS, China, Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America
  • Lead and manage a 5-person sales team, setting key performance indicators and ensuring business growth targets are met.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team, focusing on strengthening their direct sales capabilities and account management skills.
  • Double the customer base during the reporting year, while increasing revenue and diversifying the product portfolio.
  • Develop and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, accountability and results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals and objectives
