Our client is a fast-growing company in the online gambling industry with a strong international presence. Their team of professionals specializes in launching casino projects, developing turnkey solutions, and managing revenue-share websites.

Currently, they are building their own website and mini-platform. While customer acquisition is strong, they seek a more structured approach to retention. The team works remotely and operates in key markets such as Germany, Canada, Austria, Turkey, and the Netherlands.

Required skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retention/CRM/Email-marketing within the iGaming industry.
Experience with executing campaigns through various channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and messengers).
Proficient in database analytics, crafting relevant offers based on player data.
Adept at A/B testing, evaluating campaign results, and building mailings and trigger chains.
English language

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective retention strategies.
Create and refine retention scripts independently.
Launch retention campaigns across multiple channels.
Closely monitor key performance indicators, including churn rate, reactivation success, and revenue from retained players.
Analyze player behavior and engagement metrics.
Optimize player journeys to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with the product team and customer support to improve retention efforts.
Work with an email marketer to set up and optimize newsletters.
Manage and engage with VIP players to maximize loyalty and lifetime value.
