We are looking for a Retention Manager, who will develop innovative retention strategies that not only captivate but also create lasting relationships with our players.

Required skills:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retention/CRM/Email-marketing within the iGaming industry.
Experience with executing campaigns through various channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and messengers).
Proficient in database analytics, crafting relevant offers based on player data.
Adept at A/B testing, evaluating campaign results, and building mailings and trigger chains.

Responsibilities:

Devise and execute compelling retention strategies.
Run retention campaigns across multiple channels.
Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (churn rates, reactivation success, and revenue from retained players).
Analyze player behavior and engagement metrics.
Refine player journeys for enhanced player satisfaction.
Work in tandem with the product team and customer support.
