We are looking for a Retention Manager, who will develop innovative retention strategies that not only captivate but also create lasting relationships with our players.

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retention/CRM/Email-marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with executing campaigns through various channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and messengers).
  • Proficient in database analytics, crafting relevant offers based on player data.
  • Adept at A/B testing, evaluating campaign results, and building mailings and trigger chains.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute compelling retention strategies.
  • Run retention campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Keep a close eye on key performance indicators (churn rates, reactivation success, and revenue from retained players).
  • Analyze player behavior and engagement metrics.
  • Refine player journeys for enhanced player satisfaction.
  • Work in tandem with the product team and customer support.
