Retention Manager

Required skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Retention/CRM/Email-marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with executing campaigns through various channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and messengers).
• Proficient in database analytics, crafting relevant offers based on player data.
• Adept at A/B testing, evaluating campaign results, and building mailings and trigger chains.
• English language

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective retention strategies.
• Create and refine retention scripts independently.
• Launch retention campaigns across multiple channels.
• Closely monitor key performance indicators, including churn rate, reactivation success, and revenue from retained players.
• Analyze player behavior and engagement metrics.
• Optimize player journeys to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with the product team and customer support to improve retention efforts.
• Work with an email marketer to set up and optimize newsletters.
• Manage and engage with VIP players to maximize loyalty and lifetime value.
