Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to build and implement a comprehensive HR function, streamline key business processes, recruit top talent, optimize organizational structure, and drive employee engagement while promoting a strong corporate culture and HR brand.

Required skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in roles such as HR Director, HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner.
  • English proficiency (both written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in developing organizational structures.
  • A background in defining and documenting business processes.
  • Proven success in building effective recruitment systems for the company.
  • Knowledge of various candidate sourcing strategies and evaluation methods.
  • Skills in optimizing and automating HR processes.
  • Experience in building performance metrics systems (preferred).
  • A track record of improving HR indicators within a company is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a high-quality and systematic HR function for the company.
  • Define and automate key business processes within the company.
  • Independently source and recruit key employees for the organization.
  • Manage and improve the recruitment and onboarding processes for both production and office staff.
  • Develop the current and future organizational structure of the company.
  • Design and implement a strategy for balancing permanent and project-based employees.
  • Implement and maintain business processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage budgeting for HR initiatives and resources.
  • Establish a regular system for employee evaluations, development plans, and training programs.
  • Develop and implement employee motivation strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve team building and organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR reporting systems.
