Required skills:

- English proficiency (both written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher.
- Experience in developing organizational structures.

- Knowledge of various candidate sourcing strategies and evaluation methods.
- Skills in optimizing and automating HR processes.
- Experience in building performance metrics systems (preferred).

- Manage budgeting for HR initiatives and resources.
- Establish a regular system for employee evaluations, development plans, and training programs.

- Lead initiatives to improve team building and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR reporting systems.
