Required skills:

- English proficiency (both written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher.

- Skills in optimizing and automating HR processes.
- Experience in building performance metrics systems (preferred).

- Manage budgeting for HR initiatives and resources.

- Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR reporting systems.
