We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development of a high-demand product that delivers sustainable business value and consumer benefit. You will have a unique opportunity to independently assemble a team to improve the existing product.

Required skills:

More than 5 years of experience in product management, including digital/SaaS services.
Product development management experience: ability to assess market needs, collect and organize user preferences, run and test experiments, and monitor changes in the competitive landscape. Strategic vision for product development.
Understanding of monetization mechanisms for digital/SaaS services and B2B products.
Experience in building effective interaction between individual departments within a company or project.
Knowledge of developing cross-platform services (mobile + desktop), especially in niches without native applications.

Responsibilities:

Conduct an audit of current product/platform elements.
Collaborate with the CEO to update product strategy.
Manage the implementation of the product development plan, ensuring functionality and stability as new features become available.
Develop a product management culture and product-centric approach throughout the company.
Establish cross-functional relationships with development, marketing, sales and account management teams.
