CPO (Chief Product Officer)

Required skills:

• More than 5 years of experience in product management, including digital/SaaS services.
• Product development management experience: ability to assess market needs, collect and organize user preferences, run and test experiments, and monitor changes in the competitive landscape. Strategic vision for product development.
• Understanding of monetization mechanisms for digital/SaaS services and B2B products.
• Experience in building effective interaction between individual departments within a company or project.
• Knowledge of developing cross-platform services (mobile + desktop), especially in niches without native applications.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct an audit of current product/platform elements.
• Collaborate with the CEO to update product strategy.
• Manage the implementation of the product development plan, ensuring functionality and stability as new features become available.
• Develop a product management culture and product-centric approach throughout the company.
• Establish cross-functional relationships with development, marketing, sales and account management teams.
