Required skills:

  • 2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship management
  • Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Fluent in English is a must

Responsibilities:

 

  • Researching and equiring contacts of the key projects
  • Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects
  • Cooperation with the client in promoting our game portfolio
  • Responsibility for development of healthy customer relationship building trust and transparency with clients
  • Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners websites
  • Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients web pages
  • Maintaining the full portfolio of the features integrated with the clients
  • Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client's setups
  • Supporting and helping clients with the problem solving of the tasks related to account management team
  • Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Encourages customers to upgrade their products
  • Promoting customer loyalty
  • Collecting and providing the requested technical- and compliance-related information from/to the client
