Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Manager with a background in affiliate management from any industry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of affiliate marketing and a track record of building strong client relationships.

In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, establishing and nurturing relationships that drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Leveraging your experience in affiliate management, you’ll play a key role in guiding clients through onboarding, optimizing their program engagement, and maximizing the value they receive from our offerings. Your communication skills, attention to client needs, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be crucial in helping clients reach their objectives and advancing our company's growth.

Required skills:

  • 2+ years related experience in customer care or customer relationship management
  • Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in any industry, with a strong preference for the casino or gaming sectors
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for client growth and engagement

Responsibilities:

 

  • Researching and equiring contacts of the key projects
  • Actively pushing the new game releases to be activated on the assigned projects
  • Cooperation with the client in promoting our game portfolio
  • Responsibility for development of healthy customer relationship building trust and transparency with clients
  • Maintaining the full game portfolio on the partners websites
  • Maintaining the visibility of the brand’s top games by regions on the main lobbies of the clients web pages
  • Maintaining the full portfolio of the features integrated with the clients
  • Responsibility for review, research the settings of the client's setups
  • Supporting and helping clients with the problem solving of the tasks related to account management team
  • Coordinate and provision of marketing materials to the clients
  • Upsell services and products with the brand image
  • Encourages customers to upgrade their products
  • Promoting customer loyalty
  • Collecting and providing the requested technical- and compliance-related information from/to the client
