We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented B2B Sales Manager ( Ideally experienced in B2B sales or related commercial activities in the Czech Republic.) for our client. Your main responsibility will be developing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, seeking and attracting new clients,  and ensuring the achievement of sales volume targets.

Required skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales or related commercial activities (1+ years).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  •  A graduate student from Czech university (who has finished his/her study of the Czech language) and has experience in B2B sales or related commercial activities in the Czech Republic.
  • Fluent in Czech and Russian (or English).


  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners.
  • Prospect and attract new clients in the B2B segment.
  • Conduct negotiations and close profitable deals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Analyze customer data to develop an effective sales strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales volume targets.
