Required skills:

1+ year of experience as an Accountant.
Preferably with experience at a manufacturing company.
Language skills: Russian/Ukrainian, Czech, and English.
Completed accounting courses in the Czech Republic.
Preferably experienced with accounting software such as Pogoda, Money, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities:

Processing incoming primary documentation on a daily basis.
Issuing outgoing invoices on a daily basis.
Managing accounts receivable and payable.
Updating the payment registry daily.
Preparing primary documents for an outsourcing company on a monthly basis for reporting purposes.
Archiving primary documents.
Maintaining records of contracts with suppliers and customers.
Tracking fuel consumption for corporate vehicles.
Managing the insurance portfolio, as well as the credit and leasing portfolios.
Handling correspondence with counterparties regarding reconciliation of debts, payments, issuing primary documents, and related matters.
Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management.
