Accountant

Required skills:

• 1+ year of experience as an Accountant.
• Preferably with experience at a manufacturing company.
• Language skills: Russian/Ukrainian, Czech, and English.
• Completed accounting courses in the Czech Republic.
• Preferably experienced with accounting software such as Pogoda, Money, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming primary documentation on a daily basis.
• Issuing outgoing invoices on a daily basis.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Updating the payment registry daily.
• Preparing primary documents for an outsourcing company on a monthly basis for reporting purposes.
• Archiving primary documents.
• Maintaining records of contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Tracking fuel consumption for corporate vehicles.
• Managing the insurance portfolio, as well as the credit and leasing portfolios.
• Handling correspondence with counterparties regarding reconciliation of debts, payments, issuing primary documents, and related matters.
• Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by management.
