Position overview:

The position involves managing critical financial and administrative tasks, including processing and archiving primary documentation, issuing invoices, and managing accounts receivable and payable. The role also requires updating payment records, preparing reports for outsourcing companies, and maintaining contracts with suppliers and customers. Additionally, the position includes overseeing corporate vehicle fuel consumption, managing insurance, credit, and leasing portfolios, and handling correspondence with counterparties regarding financial matters.

Required skills:

  • 1+ year of experience as an Accountant.
  • Preferably with experience at a manufacturing company.
  • Language skills: Russian/Ukrainian, Czech, and English.
  • Completed accounting courses in the Czech Republic.
  • Preferably experienced with accounting software such as Pogoda, Money, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming primary documentation on a daily basis
  • Archiving documents
  • Issuing outgoing invoices on a daily basis
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Updating the payment registry
  • Preparing primary documents for an outsourcing company on a monthly basis for reporting purposes
  • Maintaining records of contracts with suppliers and customers
  • Tracking fuel consumption for corporate vehicles
  • Managing the insurance portfolio, as well as the credit and leasing portfolios
  • Handling correspondence with counterparties regarding reconciliation of debts, payments, issuing primary documents, and related matters
