Responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate a team of sales account managers professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, pinpoint growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to address client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor team and client performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and overseeing the implementation of necessary changes.
- Regularly report on team performance, account status, and client feedback to senior management, aiding in informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and cultivating relationships with clients and potential partners.
