Our client is a leading operator in the online gambling industry with nearly 10 years of experience. Operating globally (excluding the CIS region and USA), they have offices across several European locations and a diverse, bilingual team. The company is known for its commitment to innovation and growth, providing a dynamic and international work environment.

Required skills:

1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience with analytics systems and SaaS platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, Admon, etc.);
Proficiency in basic Excel functions for compiling reports;
Understanding of partner management principles—tools, traffic types, fraud prevention, terminology, etc.;
Knowledge of key product and analytics metrics (LTV, CTR, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROI, CAC, etc.);
Strong communication skills—ability to quickly establish rapport with partners, build productive and friendly relationships, and network at offline events.

As a plus:

Hard Skills

Developing advertising campaign strategies
In-depth experience with analytics systems
Media planning
Excellent knowledge of AppsFlyer
Selecting semantics using Google Keyword Planner or similar services
Identifying relationships and conducting detailed analyses
Understanding Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Conversion Funnels (CA)
Skills in automation and working with big data

Ability to express ideas clearly and simply
Time management, discipline, and responsibility
Understanding of marketing and sales psychology

Responsibilities:

Driving in-app traffic to the mobile app and achieving KPI targets;
Managing existing partners (report generation, analytics, optimization, issue resolution, reconciliations, document flow management, etc.);
Searching for and onboarding new partners, including technical integration;
Internal reporting on partner performance;
Fraud analytics;
Participating in relevant CPA events.
