Mobile affiliate manager

Required skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with analytics systems and SaaS platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Appmetrica, Admon, etc.);
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions for compiling reports;
• Understanding of partner management principles—tools, traffic types, fraud prevention, terminology, etc.;
• Knowledge of key product and analytics metrics (LTV, CTR, CPA, CPI, CPL, ROI, CAC, etc.);
• Strong communication skills—ability to quickly establish rapport with partners, build productive and friendly relationships, and network at offline events.

As a plus:

Hard Skills

• Developing advertising campaign strategies
• In-depth experience with analytics systems
• Media planning
• Excellent knowledge of AppsFlyer
• Selecting semantics using Google Keyword Planner or similar services
• Identifying relationships and conducting detailed analyses
• Understanding Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Conversion Funnels (CA)
• Skills in automation and working with big data

Responsibilities:

• Driving in-app traffic to the mobile app and achieving KPI targets;
• Managing existing partners (report generation, analytics, optimization, issue resolution, reconciliations, document flow management, etc.);
• Searching for and onboarding new partners, including technical integration;
• Internal reporting on partner performance;
• Fraud analytics;
• Participating in relevant CPA events.
