Position overview:
As a IP Transit Sales Specialist you will Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Required skills:

At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector.
Bachelor Degree.
Advanced computer literacy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of network technologies.
Good English, Russian or Ukrainian languages will be a big plus.
High service orientation.

Responsibilities:

Daily communication with potential customers (exploring customers’ needs, presenting telephony service packages, preparing service offers, follow ups)
Customer Service for new and existing VoIP telephony customers
Every day management of telephony issues in collaboration with the other departments of the company
Monitoring sales by extracting and analyzing new and existing customer statistics
Monitoring the industry developments and the competition
Prepare incident resolution reports.
