Our customer is a leading online casino games operator, offering players an unparalleled gaming experience with a wide range of games, from classic casino offerings to the latest additions. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Country Manager to join this professional team.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in team organization, analytics, and communications.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage resources effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of iGaming industry metrics and their application.
  • Proficiency in predicting industry trends and adapting them into the product strategy.
  • Strong command of English (B1+ level).
  • Experience in decomposing global strategies into actionable departmental tasks.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product audits in assigned geographic regions.
  • Develop and implement a retention strategy tailored to client needs.
  • Create a product development strategy that considers local market characteristics.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics for the user funnel (e.g., site loading speed, user flow).
  • Optimize product performance through collaboration with core teams.
  • Prepare the region for mass advertising campaigns in line with set requirements.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis, including competitor and target audience research.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the region.
  • Oversee the user journey from ad click to the first bid.
  • Analyze regional payment methods and manage the integration funnel for payment solutions.
  • Prioritize tasks within the regional team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Control and evaluate the effectiveness of player acquisition channels.
  • Implement strategies to foster regional growth.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and external partners.
