We are looking for an Affiliate Manager, who is passionate about that role and ready to contribute to our ambitious goals.

Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
Ukrainian (or Russian) language is a big plus.

Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
Analyze affiliate performance data.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures.
Develop and manage the affiliate marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Implement and utilize affiliate marketing technology and tools.
