Account Manager with Bulgarian

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve our revenue and growth targets.

Required skills:

  • At least 2 years experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management)
  • Knowledge of English at least B2 level + Bulgarian (native)
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to address client concerns and deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor client performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations and facilitating the implementation of necessary changes
  • Regularly report on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback to direct supervisors, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with clients and potential partners
