• Deep understanding of game development and performance indicators.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Great problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales, account management, marketing, customer support, and administrative units (approx. 100 team members).
• Full responsibility and accountability for delivering operational targets and KPIs.
• Build strong client brand integrity with excellent user experience.
• Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth.
• Oversees the daily activity of the team.
• Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed.
•  Manages team workloads to meet goals and deadlines
• Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness.
• Representation of the company in client negotiations, at industrial and regional events, and the media.
