Our client is a direct advertiser specializing in iGaming, representing three leading brands. They offer competitive rates of up to $500 CPA and up to 50% RS, with impressive conversion rates reaching up to 70%. Their expertise lies in tier-1 geographical markets, complemented by top-tier VIP customer service.

Currently, their Belgrade office is looking for a candidate ready to work based on results, capable of finding new partners and supporting them at all stages of work.

Required skills:

Proficiency in English at level C1 or above;
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager on the online casino's side;
Experience in working with tier-1 countries through personal partners;
Ability to work in a team, result orientation, systematic approach to tasks, and proficiency with numbers.

Responsibilities:

Finding and attracting new partners from various traffic sources;
Regular analysis of the effectiveness and profitability of assigned partners;
Analysis and tracking of fraud and incentivised traffic;
Resolving complex and negative situations with partners, maintaining productive relationships;
Partner accounting (reconciliations and payout control) and ensuring compliance with agreements;
Regular reporting on the performance of assigned partners.
