Currently, the company has a new operational crypto project with the severe and strong support of foreign investors and is actively looking for a Sales Account Manager who will be involved in developing the project promotion strategy, its maintenance, progression, and support.

Required skills:

  • At least 1-year experience in sales (outbound communication with customers in the field of gambling/betting, finance, cryptocurrencies);
  • Fluent Hindi and good English is an advantage;
  • Communicative, responsible, and attentive to details.


  • Process outcoming requests through chats, mail, telephone, and messengers;
  • Inform users about current promotions and product offers;
  • Record user requests, work with the portrait, add key information to the player’s profile;
  • Communicate with related departments to resolve technical, payment, and VIP issues;
  • Create the friendliest and warmest possible atmosphere for the client, resolve problems here and now;
  • Comply with quality communication requirements and KPIs.

Location: Ukraine, Kyiv  (it is possible to start remotely for candidates from other regions. The company assists in obtaining a work permit and assistance with relocation).
