Required skills:

  • Experience in customer care, account management.
  • Native Russian + High level English (upper -Intermediate level).
  • Excel, MS Office.
  • Strong communications skills

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with assigned clients and increasing their overall performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers ‘individual needs.
  • Manage directly customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients.
  • Monitor market trends and plan approaches accordingly using new information.
  • Report statistics to clients and develop action plans for assigned clients.
