Poker and card games are their in-house solutions, while casino games and sports betting are integrated through their platform with third-party providers. All of this is provided in a B2B format: they offer a ready-to-use solution that is customized to meet clients' specific requirements, deployed, and supported on an ongoing basis.

Their product is trusted by 30 million users across 38 countries. They operate under official licenses, with a significant portion of their clients currently based in Asia and Latin America.

Position overview:

As a Head of Sales, this role  involves managing the full cycle of customer orders and ensuring smooth coordination between the customer and the product team.

Required skills:

  • B2B iGaming proven experience is a must.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, deal making techniques and strategic sales management.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate key performance indicators, market trends and effectively adapt strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting and sales profitability.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems to effectively manage sales processes and analyze customers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services and competitive market environment.
  • Ability to plan, forecast and achieve sales targets using effective goal setting strategies.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, assessing and integrating top talent into the sales team.
  • Professionalism in project management to effectively organize and control tasks and initiatives.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, creating a positive and productive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to build trust and meet the needs of the team and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, set objectives, and establish KPIs for the team.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously optimize processes.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor an 11-member sales team while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Oversee task coordination, ensure plan execution, and prepare detailed performance reports for leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve conflicts, and strategize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Plan and manage the department’s budget to maximize profitability and optimize expenses.
  • Introduce innovations, implement CRM systems, and adapt sales methods to align with market trends and improve efficiency
