Head of Sales
- Experience in IT or/and iGaming industry (B2B);
- At least 2 years of people management experience: target-setting, monitoring, business processes development;
- Advanced/Fluent level of English;
- Strong service/client-oriented attitude;
- HubSpot CRM experience a plus.
- Set up a process to manage, motivate and mentor a team in the long run;
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them;
- Develop individual quotas and assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed;
- Follow big deals, analyze special cases, overdue activities, deal flows;
- Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission;
- Market research in key areas of online business;
- Attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions;
- Provide CBDO with monthly / quarterly reports on the work results.
