Head of QA

Required skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, preferably in the online gambling or related industries, with a proven ability to manage product quality at all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop employees, as well as achieve results through collective effort.
• Deep understanding of technical aspects of software testing, including experience in load testing and security testing, knowledge of testing and debugging tools, and experience working with automated testing systems.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical project participants, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to various audiences.
• Proven experience in achieving goals and ensuring product quality within strict deadlines and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and updating the quality assurance strategy for the company's products, considering business needs and customer expectations.
• Organizing and managing testing processes, including test planning, development of test plans and scenarios, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting results.
• Developing and managing the QA team, including hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating employee performance.
• Interacting with development, product, and operations departments to ensure a high level of product and service quality.
• Monitoring the quality of released software, detecting and fixing defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
