As the Head of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding our client relationships globally. Collaborating closely with the Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance departments, you will develop and implement effective strategies to achieve our revenue and growth goals.

Required skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in leading teams, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering team development, will be a big plus, but it isn’t required.
  • At least 3 years of experience with iGaming B2B provider.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prepared to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and motivate a team of sales account managers professionals, setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, pinpoint growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer support to address client issues and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor team and client performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement, recommending solutions, and overseeing the implementation of necessary changes.
  • Regularly report on team performance, account status, and client feedback to senior management, aiding in informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and cultivating relationships with clients and potential partners.
