Today, their team of 120 professionals from across the globe operates out of two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

With expertise in delivering turnkey and white-label online casino solutions, integrating top-tier games, and assisting in obtaining iGaming licenses, our client has successfully launched projects in diverse markets.

Position overview:

As the CPO, you will assist the COO in managing the daily operational tasks of the company, leading projects, coordinating teams, and improving internal processes. Your role will involve overseeing product development and enhancing the customer experience, ensuring timely task execution and progress tracking.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior product management or operations role, ideally as a CPO, COO, or similar leadership position in the  iGamnig industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, strategy formulation, and execution, particularly in IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams, including IT, Delivery, Support, UI/UX, and Business Analysis units.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are efficiently managed.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with business goals and market trends.
  • Experience in improving customer experience and implementing quality control processes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams across different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating teams within the IT unit (Delivery, CDM, Support, HR, UI/UX, BA).
  • Supporting product development by defining product strategy, tracking market trends, and managing new feature development.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination between the IT and business units.
  • Improving customer experience by implementing quality control processes.
  • Monitoring special projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and resources.
  • Optimizing resource allocation across projects and initiatives.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing relationships with third parties and overseeing policy development and implementation.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and professional growth within teams.
  • Evaluating operational and project effectiveness and managing associated risks.
