Our client, over 5 years of existence, has grown into a reliable platform for sports betting and casinos, establishing a significant presence in the global gaming market. With a wide range of sports betting options, including betting on live events, as well as a wide range of slot machines, table games, and other entertainment offerings at its online casino, our client serves a diverse clientele in over 90 countries.

To strengthen the marketing team, we are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee audits of current structures and processes, manage the full marketing cycle, and develop and implement marketing strategies.

Required skills:

Minimum of 5 years in a digital marketing leadership role with proven leadership experience.
Strong team management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize, delegate and control tasks.
Experience or deep understanding of the gaming industry is preferred.
Experience in budget management, forecasting, and profitability analysis of marketing projects.
Experience launching successful marketing initiatives with a results-driven approach.
Adaptability to a fast-paced industry with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in English at level B2+.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize existing marketing structure, processes, and analytics.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy including customer acquisition and retention, brand and product marketing, and analysis of marketing efforts.
Formulate and execute marketing plans with detailed reporting within varying timelines.
Lead marketing research and development, including market analysis, testing new ideas, and scaling successful strategies.
Establish robust planning, decision-making, and reporting systems within the marketing department.
Leads various marketing campaigns in different markets, from concept to performance analysis.
Manage and coach the marketing team by creating a productive and motivating environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
Analyze the impact of marketing activities on key business indicators.
