Account Manager for Latam market

- At least 3 years of account management experience
- Experience with iGaming, Gambling, Forex or E-commerce at least 1 year
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within the LATAM region for client meetings and industry events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the LATAM market, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
- Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to address client concerns and deliver customized solutions
- Monitor client performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations and facilitating the implementation of necessary changes
- Regularly report on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback to direct supervisors, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with clients and potential partners
