Our client is a TOP slot game provider, dedicated to delivering innovative and engaging gaming experiences to our customers worldwide. Our team of experts is committed to developing high-quality, top-performing games that immerse players in thrilling and rewarding gameplay.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients in the LATAM market, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve our revenue and growth targets.

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years of account management experience
  • Experience with iGaming, Gambling, Forex or E-commerce at least 1 year
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel within the LATAM region for client meetings and industry events


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the LATAM market, acting as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to address client concerns and deliver customized solutions
  • Monitor client performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, making recommendations and facilitating the implementation of necessary changes
  • Regularly report on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback to direct supervisors, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • Represent our brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand awareness and nurturing relationships with clients and potential partners
