Position overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve our revenue and growth targets.

Required skills:

  • Experience in account management (customer relationship management)
  • Experience in iGaming industry is mandatory
  • A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of English and Russian language

Responsibilities:

  • Management and promotion of key projects
  • Responsibility for business development in the assigned region
  • Business trips to clients for important events
  • Opening of new strategically important markets
  • Responsibility for the developing existing brands and increasing their overall
  • performance
  • Manage directly customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients
  • Develop and implement better game positions
  • Maintaining updates with the market conditions and planning approaches using
  • this information
  • Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for said clients
  • Managing promotions on assigned clients
