2D Animator

Required skills:

• Experience as a 2D Animator in the gambling or gaming industry (or a related field);
• Proficiency in animation software ( Spine, Adobe After Effects and similar);
• Strong knowledge of animation principles (timing, weight, and anticipation);
• Experience in creating animations for characters, props, and special effects.

 

Artistic Abilities:

• Good drawing and illustration skills with a good sense of design and movement;
• Ability to work within a specified visual style and maintain consistency;
• Knowledge of anatomy and physics to create realistic and dynamic animations.

 

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of rigging and skeletal animation;
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for web and mobile platforms.

As a plus:

• Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and integration of animations into the pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D animations using software such as Spine, Adobe After Effects, and other similar tools.
• Create smooth and dynamic animations while adhering to animation principles.
• Maintain consistency and style of animations throughout the project.
• Collaborate with other artists, developers, and designers to integrate animations into game engines and other platforms.
• Keep up with trends and new tools in the field of animation to incorporate innovations into your work.
