Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Specialist ensures seamless coordination between the sales team, clients, and suppliers while managing the procurement process. This role involves evaluating and verifying new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring order accuracy. Additionally, the specialist prepares reports and ensures compliance with internal regulations, focusing on securing competitive supplier conditions to support business goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Required skills:

  • Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in order management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience in the industrial equipment sector is an advantage.
  • English: Fluent communication level.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure order accuracy. 
  • Searching for new suppliers, conducting evaluation and verification of their reliability (analyzing financial stability, product and service quality, market reputation). 
  • Requesting and analyzing commercial proposals from suppliers, assessing their competitiveness and conditions. 
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the most favorable terms, including payment conditions and discounts. 
  • Maintaining preparing activity reports, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and standards.
