We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for task coordination, effective communication, and organizing the work between various teams.

Required skills:

Experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (1+ year).
Understanding of project management principles and basic methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a multitasking environment.
Passion for the gaming industry and a desire to be part of the creative process.

As a plus:

Experience in the gaming industry.
Knowledge of game development specifics and the characteristics of gaming projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating tasks between team members and different teams.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks, tracking progress, and notifying about potential risks.
Organizing meetings and communications between different teams and project stakeholders.
Preparing status reports on tasks and project progress.
Assisting in resolving emerging issues and obstacles in team workflows.
Helping with meeting planning and other operational processes.
Ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.
