Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Team Lead to oversee a dynamic supply team, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure smooth order management processes while driving efficiency and innovation.

Required skills:

At least 2 years of experience in procurement, including team leadership.
Proven background in the mining industry or related sectors.
Strong experience in establishing and managing supplier relationships and logistics chains.
In-depth knowledge of electrical equipment nomenclature.
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
Proficiency in English and Russian.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the supply team, fostering growth and collaboration.
Process and delegate incoming purchase orders to team members effectively.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Maintain and update supplier and product databases.
Monitor and analyze order placement and production timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
Source and onboard new suppliers, including managing contract negotiations.
Track payment deadlines and perform regular reconciliations with suppliers.
Audit and optimize order placement processes and supplier management workflows.
