Position overwiew:

This role involves managing IT projects from planning to completion, working closely with the Country Manager to define goals, scope, and timelines. Key responsibilities include creating project plans, allocating resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and streamline processes. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, along with experience in Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools, are essential for success.

Required skills:

1+ years of experience in IT industry;
Technical background or relevant occupation;
Understanding of software development processes, programming languages & tools;
Experience in using Project Management tools, Bug tracking systems, relevant methodologies, experience in Agile methodologies;
Ability to prioritize tasks for the team and coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills;
Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills;
Great leadership skills that allow you to take the lead and implement projects from start to finish, while building efficient operational processes;
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities:

Establish broad project parameters with Country Manager – such as goals and scope of what will be included (and excluded) from the project;
Clarify a high-level timeframe showing the sequence of project phases and events, including timing of delivery milestones;
Establish team staffing (who will participate, when and how);
Prepare a project plan, including sub-work streams if necessary;
Identify project task interdependencies;
The facility regularly holds status meetings and reports on progress to stakeholders;
Make ongoing adjustments to the project plan details as time goes on and things change;
Evaluate the quality of an ongoing basis;
Allocate resources at various points in time;
Ensure proper project closure and post-reviews;
Collaborate with inhose operation teams for aggregating info/business requirements.
