Email Marketing Manager

Required skills:

• Have 1+ years of experience in Email marketing.
• Have 1+ years of experience in the Gambling industry.
• Can develop an email marketing strategy that ensures high delivery rates and channel conversion.
• Are capable of implementing email templates based on Stripo from scratch, with proficiency in HTML/CSS for rendering optimization.
• Can construct an omnichannel communication strategy involving onsite and direct communication channels.
• Are skilled in building segments and automated communication flows.
• Regularly analyze channel metrics, utilize A/B testing to enhance communication results and conversion rates.
• Possess Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in the English language.

As a plus:

• Experience working with databases of over 500k emails and sending out 2-3 million emails/month.
• Experience with platforms such as Customer.io, Intercom, Sendgrid, Stripo.
• Experience with other communication channels such as SMS, Webpush, and Pop-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Sending communications according to agreed-upon plans and materials.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and regularly conducting A/B tests.
• Generating monthly reports on the performance of key communication channels and promotions.
• Ensuring the health of the subscriber base and email infrastructure, and executing technical tasks as necessary.
