Customer Support Specialist

Required skills:

• Russian, Ukranian languages
• English is a plus
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Experience in call center is a plus
• Knowledge of chat providers
• Stress resistance, objection handling skills
• Ability to work with shift schedule (day, night, )

Responsibilities:

•  Supporting customers with a daily technical problems
• Conlusting customers via chat according bonus processing
• Coordination with QC department
