Required skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of B2B experience within the iGaming industry (5+ years for Senior positions).
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Italian.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering company and brand partner objectives and key results.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong communication and emotional intelligence.
- Strong networking skills with an extroverted personality, sociable nature, confidence, and outgoing demeanor.
- Collaborative teammate with excellent judgment and the ability to influence external decision-makers with diplomacy.
- Proactive and takes ownership, driving new initiatives to a conclusion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of an international team, and effectively prioritize and manage workload.
- Willingness to travel across the globe to participate in international events.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Growth
- Develop and execute a market entry & growth strategy for Italy.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with casino operators, aggregators, and partners.
- Increase the company’s brand awareness and positioning in the Italian iGaming market.
- Drive new business development with online casinos and gaming platforms.
2. Revenue & Performance Management
- Meet or exceed revenue and market share targets in Italy.
- Optimize game performance and player engagement through data analysis.
- Work with commercial teams to ensure competitive pricing and promotions.
3. Work closely with Compliance department
- Ensure all teams are timely updated and have up to date relevant information, following guidance of the compliance team.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Relationship & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support AM team to drive game adoption, engagement, and revenue.
- Provide localized support and customized solutions to partners.
5. Product & Market Adaptation
- Coordinate with product team Italian player preferences and market trends on games.
- Provide market feedback on game themes, mechanics, and other preferences.
- Support AM team on successful game launches and marketing campaigns for the Italian audience.
- Assist product with establishing and maintaining product roadmap
6. Marketing & Localization Strategy
- Support marketing department on local strategies (affiliates, influencers, online ads).
7. Competitive Analysis & Insights
- Monitor competitor activity, trends, and innovations in the Italian iGaming market.
- Provide regular reports on market opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Suggest strategic initiatives based on data and competitor benchmarking.
- Competitor benchmarking updates – Quarterly reports on market trends.
