Compliance Officer

Required skills:

• Experience in European and other gambling markets within iGaming.
• Experience in compliance roles with knowledge of KYC, AML, and fraud.
• Alignment with company values.
• Collaborative and autonomous work style.
• Beneficial but not essential: experience in multi-brand organizations.
• Self-driven with strong project management and communication skills.
• Proven negotiation abilities and a pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance within designated markets.
• Support business areas in compliance matters, including AML, responsible gaming, and customer complaints.
• Stay updated on changing regulations and adjust internal policies accordingly.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to address compliance challenges.
• Manage and develop a small team.
• Advise on existing and future licensing requirements.
• Handle compliance escalations.
• Coordinate with other teams to align compliance efforts.
• Meet deadlines and promote good governance.
• Represent compliance in meetings and projects.
• Lead projects to enhance compliance strategy.
• Maintain regulatory oversight and relationships.
