Position overview:

As an Account Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and establishing relationships with our clients with a common goal of growing the projects, as well as identifying and pursuing new promotional opportunities. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve our revenue and growth targets.

Required skills:

Experience in customer care or account management (customer relationship management)
Experience in iGaming industry in the Italian market is a must, knowledge of the game certification process.
A background in Sales or Market Analysis would be a plus
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of English and Italian language is mandatory

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing existing brands and increasing their overall performance
Directly manage customer relations and negotiations with the assigned clients
Develop and implement better game positions
Keep updated with the market conditions and plan new approaches using this information
Provide statistical reports to clients and develop action plans for these clients
Managing promotions on assigned clients
