Required skills:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming or online casino sector.
• Strong understanding of B2C audience engagement strategies and performance-based marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms and marketing tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledges of English and Italian language is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage partnerships with affiliates, media buyers, streamers, and influencers to drive player acquisition.
• Analyze and optimize affiliate programs to ensure maximum ROI and consistent growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Research market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies for player acquisition.
