The company is a leading glass bottle printing plant, serving global clients for over a decade. Tey offer top-quality decoration services, including coating, screen printing, and hot stamping, to elevate product appeal and brand image.

Required skills:

 

  • At least 1 year in an HR role (Personalista )in the Czech Republic, ideally in manufacturing.
  • HR or payroll-related courses in the Czech Republic or university degree
  • Russian/Ukrainian and Czech is a must, English is preferable
  • Knowledge of Czech labor laws, organized, and familiar with payroll processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, auditing, and supporting employment contracts and documentation.
  • Organizing and archiving employee records systematically.
  • Developing and implementing internal policies (onboarding, vacation policy, etc,)
  • Maintaining accurate time-tracking records and submitting them promptly for payroll processing
  • Preparing necessary documentation for hiring, termination and reporting employment changes to relevant authorities
  • Liaising with government agencies on issue related to social insurance, health insurance, employment office
  • Submitting required reports to employment office (Urad prace), social insurance, and health insurance institutions
  • Monitoring labor legislation to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Working with employment office (Urad prace) for posting open job positions
  • Manage documentations for business trips
