• Monitoring the implementation of KPIs and budget allocation
• Quality control of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• Monitoring of new products on advertising platforms and their launch
• Hypothesis generation and testing
• Managing expertise, motivation and team structure during a period of active growth
• Managing and optimizing team time and resources
• A review of the team's work and its training
• Team Management
