Position overview: 

This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. The position focuses on preparing client presentations, tracking tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Required skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager or Sales Manager
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong ability to structure tasks and manage priorities efficiently
  • Willingness to work with documentation and handle administrative tasks
  • High level of stress resistance and ability to manage challenges effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Receive customer orders and collect all the details needed from the production team
  • Prepare and present information to clients about products or services
  • Manage the whole process, ensuring everything goes smoothly and the client is happy.
  • Set clear tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Approve and monitor task completion to maintain quality standards
