- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Creative mind with a deep understanding of design principles and branding strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing, manufacturing and logistics processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality products.
- Proficiency with tools such as (Figma, Canva, Photoshop etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a corporate merchandise strategy that enhances brand visibility and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand branding needs and translate them into innovative merchandise concepts.
- Manage the full merchandise lifecycle, from concept and design to production and distribution.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the highest quality and cost-efficiency.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all merchandise items.
- Track and analyze merchandise performance, gathering feedback to optimize future initiatives.
- Plan and manage budgets for merchandise projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative merchandise solutions to keep the brand relevant and appealing.
