Required skills:
- Proven experience in B-marketing in the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media and CRM systems.
- Creative and data-driven mindset with the ability to execute high-impact campaigns and measure their success.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Passion for games and deep understanding of player engagement strategies.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies to attract and grow the company’s player base.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns including social media, SEO, PPC, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Oversee content creation to engage players, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
- Manage global brand positioning among players.
- Collaborate with product, design, and game teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight game features and releases.
- Analyze market trends, player behavior, and campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with external partners, media, and influencers to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and overall business goals
