Our client is a fast-growing European iGaming operator with a strong focus on Tier-1 markets and ambitious scaling plans. The company is licensed under Curaçao and operates with both fiat and crypto payment options. Key markets include Canada, Germany, and Austria. The team consists of over 30 professionals, with the headquarters based in Cyprus.
They are currently seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to lead and expand their affiliate program, with a strong focus on PPS deals and Facebook traffic. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel frequently and represent the brand at international industry events.
Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnership development
- Proven success working with Tier-1 markets
- Solid understanding of different traffic sources, particularly Facebook and PPS models
- Strong network of affiliate contacts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new markets and changing conditions
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend international conferences
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale the affiliate program, driving revenue through affiliate channels
- Work with various traffic sources, including PPS, Facebook, and mixed traffic models
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates
- Identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners
- Conduct negotiations and secure commercially beneficial agreements
- Launch joint marketing initiatives with affiliates
- Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting
- Optimize costs and maximize ROI from affiliate marketing efforts
- Represent the brand at industry conferences, expos, and networking events
