Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s operational processes, executing business strategies, and ensuring efficiency and productivity across all divisions. This role requires an excellent leader with experience managing IT teams.

Required skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chief Operating Officer or related role.
  • Deep understanding of IT and business functions (HR, finance, marketing, etc.)
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in the gaming industry or related field is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.


  • Review internal operations and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement business strategies and plans consistent with short- and long-term goals developed in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Supervise the operations, HR, IT, and marketing departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the achievement of operational goals.
  • Create and manage the company's budget, ensuring all expenses are within budget.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board of directors.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
