Project Manager (Technical Projects)

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate development company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technical initiatives involving the integration of advanced digital solutions into residential and commercial properties.

This is an opportunity to join a team known for delivering projects with exceptional attention to detail — from architectural concepts to the deployment of cutting-edge smart technologies.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical project management
  • Proven ability to work with contractors and distributed development teams
  • Solid understanding of the lifecycle of digital and engineering projects (preferably in real estate, IoT, or smart home sectors)
  • Strong multitasking, process structuring, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, and Gantt charts
  • Fluent Russian; English proficiency is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Simultaneously oversee several technical projects (e.g., implementation of smart heating control systems across properties)
  • Manage and coordinate 3–4 distributed development teams
  • Supervise contractors: define scope of work, monitor deadlines, and ensure quality standards
  • Control project timelines, budgets, and risk management processes
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders from both technical and business sides
  • Prepare progress reports and provide regular project status updates
  • Uphold high quality standards and attention to detail throughout all project phases
