Position overview

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager fluent in English and Thai to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing client relationships within the Asian iGaming market. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and helping them maximize the value of our services.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in customer care or account management, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Sales or market analysis background is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Thai (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients in the Asian market.
  • Act as the main liaison for client communication, account updates, and support requests.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support).
  • Monitor account performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Report regularly on client feedback, account status, and performance to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen client relationships and increase brand visibility.
