Required skills:

  • 2+ years of B2B AM experience in iGaming
  • Fluent English + Asian language is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience managing people within a commercial team.
  • Proven track record of handling sales across countries in Asian countries.
  • Strong management skills with a strategic mindset and excellent business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of Asia market segmentation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of account managers.
  • Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and ensuring they are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Supporting the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Revenue Growth: Driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within the existing customer base.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Contributing to the overall account management strategy and goals.
