They have a set of international teams working towards one common goal, which is to be the best-known slot game provider.
Required skills:
- 2+ years of B2B AM experience in iGaming
- Fluent English + Asian language is a plus
- 2+ years of experience managing people within a commercial team.
- Proven track record of handling sales across countries in Asian countries.
- Strong management skills with a strategic mindset and excellent business acumen.
- Deep understanding of Asia market segmentation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of account managers.
- Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, setting goals, and ensuring they are met.
- Client Relationship Management: Supporting the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
- Revenue Growth: Driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within the existing customer base.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to the overall account management strategy and goals.
