Position Overview As a Senior Marketing Analyst for Spain, you will act as the company’s market authority for one of its most important regulated regions. You will design and execute localized marketing strategies, provide insights on player behavior, and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning, while also guiding senior leadership on market trends and opportunities. Success in this role means transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive growth and strengthen the company’s position in Spain.
Required skills:
- 6+ years of experience in the gambling industry, focusing on marketing, analytics, and strategy.
- Proven expertise in the Spanish iGaming market, including knowledge of regulations and cultural nuances.
- Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Experience with CRM, BI tools, digital marketing platforms, and campaign tracking systems.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executives.
- Fluent English is required, Spanish is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis of the Spanish gambling market.
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to Spanish player behavior and preferences.
- Deliver actionable insights on acquisition trends, retention drivers, and market opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs, ROI, and performance metrics, ensuring optimal marketing spend.
- Partner with product, compliance, and business development teams to ensure strategies align with local regulations.
- Act as the internal authority on Spanish market trends, regulatory updates, and cultural specifics.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations for executive leadership.
